Airframe Maintenance

We are a FAA 145 Certified Repair Station specializing not only in avionics, but also scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for turbine, turboprop, and reciprocating engine aircraft. We are located on Addison Airport “ADS” with two hangars totaling 30K sq. ft equipped with camera surveillance.  Our experienced team and first class facilities can support numerous aircraft simultaneously.  We offer AOG services within a 300 mile radius. Customers ideally try to schedule their avionics upgrades/installations during maintenance inspections reducing aircraft down time. We also can provide other services like aircraft cleaning/detailing, deice boots, bright work, and interiors.

Aircraft Repair and AOG Services

 

Our experienced Field Support Team provides AOG support, RVSM, and many other services within 300 miles of the Addison Airport (KADS). Our Field Support Team is backed by a full-service avionics and instrument repair shop able to provide same-day turn around on instrument and radio repairs. If same day repair is not an option, we also have a large exchange pool of rotables.

As Dealers for most major avionics OEM’s including Rockwell Collins and Honeywell, we are able to support the Corporate Aircraft Service Program (CASP), Honeywell Avionics Protection Plan (HAPP) and MPP programs. As a company, we strive to meet our customer’s needs in the most timely and cost-effective way possible.

 

 

RVSM Certifications & Inspections

 

Our Avionics Field Support Team provides RVSM Compliance certifications on nearly any aircraft in the United States. We understand aircraft differences and every RVSM solution is specialized to comply with 12 month and 24-month recurrent requirements.

Our Avionics Field Support Team can provide 91.411 and 91.413 Compliance certifications on nearly any aircraft in the United States. We understand aircraft differences & our knowledge continues to grow with modern updates in avionics suites. Our full-service certification process includes altimeter and air data system certifications along with the required transponder and altitude correspondence testing and certification.

 

Instrument Repair

 

DFW uses precision ramp test equipment, troubleshooting & repairing avionics relates squawks in any type of aircraft. Instrument & Equipment repair is our expertise. Our Air Data Equipment includes:

  • Engine Instruments

  • Flight Directors

  • Horizon Situation Indicators

  • Gyroscopes

 

We are authorized for:

  • Class 1-4 Instruments

CASP offers corporate aircraft operators maintenance for the avionics and cabin entertainment equipment onboard your aircraft. Rentals, exchanges, component repairs, comprehensive reliability upgrades, equipment removal and refit coverage are included.

 

Honeywell Avionics Protection Plan (HAPP)

Designed for both Business and General Aviation, the Honeywell Avionics Protection Plan (HAPP) is an extended warranty program that offers full coverage of your avionics.

 

Mechanical Protection Plan

Designed for both Business and General Aviation, the Mechanical Protection Plan (MPP) is an extended warranty program that offers full coverage of your Environmental and Cabin Pressure Control Systems.
